FSDU – Free-Standing Display Unit

A Free-Standing Display Unit (FSDU) is a standalone retail display unit designed to be positioned directly on the floor in a store or retail environment. These units are typically used to highlight specific products or promotions, drawing customer attention in high-traffic areas. FSDUs are versatile and customizable, allowing for different designs, sizes, and branding options to match the product being promoted. They are often placed in aisles, at the end of aisles (also known as "end caps"), or near entrance points to create an eye-catching presence that encourages impulse buying or introduces new products.

CDU – Countertop Display Unit

A Countertop Display Unit (CDU) is a smaller display unit specifically designed to sit on a counter, worktop, or table, often positioned near checkout areas or high-interaction points within a store. CDUs are used to promote smaller items, such as snacks, accessories, or impulse-buy products, ensuring that they are easily visible to customers as they make their final purchase decisions. These displays are compact and space-efficient, making them ideal for placing next to cash registers, customer service desks, or on retail counters, where space is often limited but visibility is crucial.

CTU – Countertop Unit

A Countertop Unit (CTU), also known as a Countertop Display Unit, is a branded display designed to be placed on Point of Sale (PoS) countertops, typically in retail or hospitality environments. These displays are used to showcase specific products, usually smaller items that benefit from high visibility, such as baked goods, sweets, or other impulse-purchase items. CTUs are strategically positioned near checkout areas to entice customers to add additional items to their purchase while they complete their transactions.
